What do you see?

I was up late last night painting backgrounds on cardstock for my collages....Seems this is the only time to get anything done.....This is the results....I see something! Don't you?...What do you see?...I would love to hear it!
I won't tell you my answer or hubby's answer of what we saw till I see what the verdict is from y'all!

Have you ever stared at the wallpaper in your house or woodflooring or paneling...or (ahem) the back of the bathroom door? lol and seen like faces or animals or whatever?....ok maybe not...I'm just wierd like that lol.

I did three different backgrounds but at 3 am my eyes wanted to call it a my daughter said once when asked if she was tired (you could see her rubbing her eyes and yawning) she stated ..."Nope Im not tired ...just my eyes" LOL silly girl.

Speaking of my daughter she just walked in and wanted to practice crocheting a chain....she still hasnt got the concept...but at least shes trying.....I haven't crocheted anything in a long long time....I used to make afghans(is that the correct spelling?) I am still looking for the Navajo(again spell check) pattern.....I would love to make a blanket for my girls and hubby...if anyone has this pattern let me know....Thanks!

Happy Creating!

Oh, that's someone lonely, looking out of the window, waiting and hoping just in case the mailman calls

This gives me a feeling that...
The green person is taking a step, a new, bolder, direction in life, and the red person--standing in the background, is watching, waiting--represents that person's self-doubt.

It'll be cool to see what you do with this background!

And for the record, I see faces and things in doors and floors, too! :^)

Hi Nancy:
I see someone kneeling in front of a window and the sun is shining in, so it's very positive.
I was referring to making the trnasfer on my previous post.

Well Nancy, as soon as I looked at the painting I went all shivery and still have goosebumps as I write this, I see the images of two people one in the foreground and one receding into the background. Thats says alot Im sure

for a bit of fun.....
Which one did you see first?
In colour assessing if it was the green one this means you have a need for space to gain a fresh perspective and that something is restricting you.

If it was the red one you saw first it means you need to take action now and what is stopping you doing what is necessary

Green is also associated with the heart and the circulatory system,
unconditional love, compassionate, forgiving, friendly, balance, growth, energy and outgoing.

Red is associated with the reproductive organs, is outgoing, giving, passionate, power, energy, courage, confidence, sexuality and affection.

Nancy I love this background it is like aged paint textured and worn, as always your work is fabulous.
I wont be offended if you dont want to post what Ive said above. Its just what came to me when I first saw it. Love and big hugs Judy x

I will tell you this was just random was just paint on cardstock and no particular goal in mind other than to just slap color on paper LOL...I so love your view! You are so good! Things that make you go hmmmm.....

Ok I am going to give the view here on what hubby and I saw...pretty basic really was a person standing there at a window or balcony watchin the sunrise....a new day arriving...with hope...hoping I dont have to eat another bowl of those forsaken Ramen Noodles LOL I want to thank everyone on their views!!! This was fun!

Everyone had an opinion of what they felt and saw...But Judy you amaze me girl! I love the color for the green and the space issue..just need time to self to create w/o interruptions...and more work space for that matter lol

And the red could mean the need for hormonal balance lol for the menopausal side of things..but cant theres some other issues that go along with that...the lack of mood for certain things ;) Oh how I wish LMAO poor hubby :( TMI? hehe

I see patterns on the walls and floor all the time. Usually scary ones. :) I use to see bees in the hallway chasing me at night (I was in 1st grade). I was terrified to get up to go to the bathroom. I think it looks like someone sitting in a window. :)

I know that I'm late in seeing this and interpreting it, but I see the back of a person standing at a window and looking outside at the beautiful sunny day.

I found it so interesting to read everyone else's intepretations. I liked the one about seeing a person "outside" the window, which I did not notice until I went back and looked for it.'s there!

I, too, will still see faces or items in wallpaper, paper, fabrics, whatever. Maybe it goes back to our childhood days when we used to lie in the grass and look at the cloud formations.

To be honest I didnt see the second person...I was so excited to see the first one.
I always thought I was just plain weird (ok I am lol)seeing faces in ordinary objects...guess that must be our creative self taking over and finding art in everything we look at...strange but it happens...more often than not! :)

first of all- the colors are GREAT! i definitely see a ghostly figure of a woman in a nightgown or dress looking out a window. and it looks like she may have something in her hand. it also looks like there may be a small child sitting on the window sill- not sure, but i definitely see a second image at right of window sill.very spooky! now, i'm gonna look and see what everyone else said. should be very interesting! you are so cool! thanks for sharing this! lots of fun!!!! xo, gaby
